Thank you for your interest in retaining Amy Kristine,. for intuitive mediumship and/or psychic work. You understand that your relationship with Amy Kristine , Inc. is governed by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You understand, accept, and agree to be bound the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the above promises and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, You agree to the following terms and conditions;

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

• Client: The individual or entity engaging Amy Kristine, Inc. for services.

• Services: The psychic and mediumship services provided by Amy Kristine, as outlined in the Schedule of Services and Fees.

2. Services Provided

• Amy Kristine, provides psychic and mediumship services for entertainment purposes only. These services may include, but are not limited to:

• Mediumship

• Psychic information

• Clairvoyant readings

• Akashic record access

• Healings

• Pet communication

• Communication with guardian angels

• Group events and presentations

• Speaking engagements

3. Limitations on Services

• Not a substitute for professional advice: Amy Kristine, Inc. does not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Clients should consult with qualified professionals for such matters.

• No guarantees: Amy Kristine, cannot guarantee the accuracy or outcome of its services.

4. Payment and Refunds

• Payment is required in full at the time of scheduling the appointment.

• Refunds are generally not provided. However, the Client may reschedule the appointment without additional fees if they do so at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including any materials provided by Amy Kristine, remain the property of Amy Kristine, Inc.

6. Confidentiality

• Amy Kristine, Inc. will maintain the confidentiality of Client information, except as required by law.

7. Indemnification

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Amy Kristine, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the Client's use of the Services or violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.  

9. Entire Agreement

• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.  
  

• Disclaimer of Warranties: Amy Kristine, does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided.

• Limitation of Liability: Consider including a limitation of liability clause to restrict Amy Kristine, liability for any damages arising from the Services.
